All good; it's lightweight and I'll keep it for carry-on and weekend trips. I was surprised part of the handle takes up space in the bag itself. It took a minute to figure out that button to release the handle had to be pressed twice to fully lower it back into the bag. I would recommend the bag and it's priced right, too.

Great variety of items, great value for the price. Guarantee given on items is honored for problems experienced. One large suitcase I bought had a disaster, one wheel fell off during transit by air. I followed the on line instructions and a replacement bag was sent to me, no problems or arguments.

Great bag but have not receive etags as ordered

The bags are fantastic. The reason I give a four, as opposed to five, star rating is due to the lack of instruction for the three extra straps. They appear to have no rhyme or reason for their existence. Since I'm not an avid back-packer, I need a little instruction as to the purpose of said straps.

Every piece of luggage I own is from ebags because they are the best. I have returned items that weren't quite right for me, or damamged with no problems. Their quality of service is the benchmark I hold other companies up to.

I bought the backpack/daypack for an upcoming trip. The daypack is just perfect for a small child to use, so I had to get another bag for my grandson. The bags seem well made and will see a lot of use.
