eBags has a great selection of products.. and generally at decent prices that are in line with the competition. Shopping methods available are average. My main gripe? Constantly being given promotional emails for 20-25% off, receiving a coupon after spending money on a purchase, and the list of exclusions goes on, and on, and..... on. Everything except a select few items that I would buy is excluded from any promotion. What's the point of sending me constant emails about sitewide promotions... IF THEY ARE NOT SITE WIDE. Biggest annoyance and one of the main reasons eBags has fallen on my list of stores to shop at as more of a last resort. Don't send me promotions or make them considerably less but include more items. Or tier them, but don't exclude 85% of your items. At least that's the customer perception they have given.

EBags is a great site for all your bag needs from backpacks, to luggage, to purses they have something for everyone at a decent value. I would 100% recommend their customer service and shipping teams.

I bought the RFID bags for my daughter and her friend for their European trip. They loved the bag. It was small enough to hide under a coat but large enough to keep everything they needed with them. It also had strong straps to prevent someone from cutting it off your shoulder. It was well worth the money.

Always quick delivery and a quality product. Especially happy with the eBags branded items. Never dis-satisfied.

I find the constant "sales" very frustrating as the price would always be within a couple dollars within different sales - one at 20%, one at 25%, one at 30% - because there would be exclusions or something else that would put the ultimate price within a very small window. While I absolutely love the bag and was happy with the online purchasing and shipping, I was very much put off by the sales tactics.
