I know it's past their return policy, but the purse I purchased from them is too heavy, and I can't wear it. What's the big deal if they let me return it.

The bag is most cumbersome!. It tips over when on the wheels. The items move around much. My items were damp because the bag was in the rain. I ended up leaving the item where I was staying and purchasing something I could handle through the airports.

My last purchase,2 carry on duffle bags would have easily fit in 1 box. I know the shipping was free to me because of the dollar amount of my purchase, however I feel eBags could have saved shipping costs and pass the savings on to its customers. Shipping 2 boxes instead of 1 is also more environmental friendly in the big picture

I ordered and second bag in a different color. It is so great for traveling. Will hold a water bottle on the side and has all kinds of areas for things like a passport and 2 very strong magnets to secure the front flap securely and much more. Went to Australia, New Zealand and Irealand and travels from MI to Az twice a year and looks like new and washed well in the washer.

I've bought many things from eBags and the experience has been great--really good products at really good prices.
