Purchased a LaDiva purse in July of 2017, used it for a month and the zipper teeth began to separate. eBags stated it was over 30 days, that I would have to contact the maker of the purse. Horrible, horrible customer service.......they sold a shoddy product and will not honor or replace it. Will Never shop there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wasted $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and time

Surprised at the negative reviews here. I have had excellent experience w ebags. Have purchased many bags from them over the years. Recently had to return a piece of luggage, they took it back and promptly credited my acct. Bag wasn't defective but had strange design that made it difficult to open inside pocket without having all contents tumble out. Customer service was great. Just purchased a great carry on bag that I could not find anywhere else. Love their return policy, the large selection, and their sales. Also find the customers' reviews on durability and design of luggage to be spot on and invaluable.

They sent me a unusable, defective replacement when the first suitcase failed under their warranty. When I contacted them, they just kept repeating it was normal customer wear and tear. But it was BRAND NEW. Completely unused. And yet they kept stating it was customer wear and tear. And that they have sole discretion to refuse to honor their "lifetime guarantee". Do not buy their products based on this unusable warranty.

Bought a back pack for my business trip, Come to find out it was out of stock and they never notified me. I found out by contacting them letting them know i cannot track my order. Lack of communication, i will never purchase or recommend buying from ebag!!!

The bag I wanted to buy was advertised as $71.20 on their website. After adding to the cart, it showed up as $99 or so. Started a chat with a rep to address it. Took more than 10 minutes for them to figure it out, they told me to put in the order but then had to issue a refund to my credit card, then refunded the wrong amount. Promised to make it up as a store credit and never followed through. Contacted them again a week later, same story. This time they abruptly ended the chat. Based on this experience unlikely to ever order anything from them again.

Cant even fulfill orders, obviously bad inventory management, among other things. No communication. Paypal told me before eBags did. Awful. I will $hop elsewhere

Delivered the lunch bag I ordered but when I called to inquire about the backpack delivery I was told "the order was cancelled because it was back ordered". Nope sorry I did not get your email. Would have appreciated something - a call a letter, got nothing. Unacceptable for a BACKPACK company a week before school starts. Not using them again.

Tried to order a bag that was on sale, the price changed and went up as I was ordering. I emailed them and received no help.
