I appreciated the large inventory and the ease of returning items. However I did not realize that I would incur a fee to return a product. It seems inappropriate to charge customers in this day and age.

eBags is second to none
eBags is second to none! I especially like their eBag brand suitcases - my husband and I have purchased 3 of them. They are very well designed - I traveled for a living, and my eBag Mother Lode carry-on was perfect for my needs. And Ebags totally stands behind their lifetime warranty. Won't buy another brand!

I apologize, however the camera you'd ordered as including a mic for audio. While the camera can record video, due to the waterproof nature of the case, and the lack of a mic, it does not record audio. If you need assistance with placing a return, please contact us at 1-800-820-6126.

FUNCTIONAL, PRACTICAL AND STYLISH
These products are great! My stress level has been greatly reduced because of the RFID component. The bag and wallet are FUNCTIONAL and STYLISH! Everyone at work is inquiring about my Pacsafe bags. One of the ABSOLUTE BEST purchases I have made in years!

eBags: Excellent, reliable, and truthful company
eBags is a reliable company that stands behind its products. This i8s not the first time I have ordered from this company and I have never had an issue. Their products are well made and the new purse I ordered is perfect. Came in just as described and there was a bonus luggage tag (free), I was able to order. This had not been advertised, so it was a lovely surprise.

Look no further!!
I purchased a piece of luggage that I absolutely love! Great price and outstanding quality. Speedy delivery as well. I have called in to speak with representatives on two occasions. Both were highly professional, helpful and worked to solve my issue quickly and efficiently!! I will recommend this company to all!!

Good bag but...
I bought this bag because it came up when I searched for international sized carryon bags. It was not international sized. I had to pay to check the bag anyway. I could have just used the one I already had.
