Ordered a backpack similar to what I ordered 4 years ago. New ebag quality is bad compared to my old ebag. Materials they used were subpar - a lot of shortcuts in their redesign. Bag looks like a knockoff. I emailed them and they replied if I don't want it, to just get a refund. They used to have good products, now I won't be recommending them to anybody. More than 50% on this website gave bad reviews. Someone should get fired for making this company look bad. They should go back to making quality products.

It looks like it was once a good company and now their quality of service become non existent as well as the bags for the whole world absolutely and possibly. Quality of the bags also are subpar but I can still try them again.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I paid extra shipping to have delivery before Christmas. I received an email saying that they canceled my order because they couldn’t get it here before Christmas. Then they shipped it after Christmas at full charge...when I no longer needed it because it was obviously a Christmas gift that I ended up replacing with another product. So when I received the cancellation email, I emailed them back saying I did not want it and it was supposed to come before Christmas. Then they said I had to wait to receive it and they would send a return shipping label. When we finally got the product, reached out for the return label, and sent it back, we STILL only got a partial refund, had to go through a ton of hoops and had to pay a premium for shipping before Christmas. Not to mention they charged a warehouse replacement fee without my knowledge that was never refunded, even when they got the product back. What a complete waste of time and money. As someone who online shops frequently, I have never run into so many problems with a company. This place is a scam!

We purchased the Everest Deluxe Wheeled bag. My child used it maybe three times wearing it as a backpack before the strap broke (in the middle - not at a seam or closure). I contacted the company via email and mail with accompanying pictures and did not receive a response. After spending $50 and using it for a month, we donated it to a thrift store for someone who would only use it as a rolling backpack.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! My CRITICAL order was shipped to an address that I had not lived at in over a year. I know for a fact that I had entered the correct address given that the order was successfully billed to my credit card (that was also NOT associated with the address eBags used.) - When I called (4 days prior to the order being needed), two different representatives insisted that their system was not to blame and that the INCORRECT address had, in fact, been used for billing as well. Adding insult to injury, there was NO MANAGER AVAILABILITY and NO EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE WRONG. - I was simply told they would refund the money, but would not expedite an order to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is one of the worst online stores. Their merchandise is terrible quality. I purchased an expensive bag from them and it broke in less than 30 days.I didnt even wear it 10 times. When I contacted Ebags they basically told me too bad, so sad. Their chat CSRs flatly refused to answer a single question and every person I spoke to either online or on the phone lied through their teeth. I had to make a GIGANTIC issue about it and go full Karen before they started to believe that I was serious about not going away until they made it right. Now "management" is suddenly involved. All they had to do was the right thing. I would have been more than happy with a $20 credit on my account or a bag exchange, but no, they had to choose to refuse to stand behind the merchandise they sell. Now they get what they deserve, and I'll never spend a dime with them again. I'll be sharing my story far and wide. Do not trust Ebags. I could have gotten the same bag for almost half the price on Amazon and been way less aggravated. I wanted to avoid giving Amazon the money; turns out Ebags is way worse. At least Amazon would have given me proper customer service and a full refund (or exchange) with no arguments. I would have been content with decent service. Now I'm on a rampage, thanks to them.

I purchased a laptop bag in Oct 2019 and used the bag 3 times, the zippers on one of the compartments both came off making the bag now useless. I bought the identical bag I purchased 5 years ago (the lining was tearing out and I decided to replace it). The old bag (except for the lining) is in perfect working order. Quality of merchandise is not what it used to be. Super disappointed. I reached out to them via email and because I am beyond 30 days of purchase they said there was nothing they could do.

I'm not quite sure where ebags gets their products from. They say that they are shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, but I have bought the exact same bag from a manufacturer and from ebags and ebags bags are far inferior. The quality is very poor compared to the manufacturer. If this is true, the bags should be exactly the same. Does anyone know where their bags come from???? Are these factory seconds and this is the reason for inferior quality. Anyway, I will not purchase from this site again.
