DON'T DO IT!!!! ALL CAPS YESSSSS! INCONSISTENT FOOD AND A B!t@h TO CANCEL. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THE MEALS, WHICH STARTED OFF GOOD, QUICKLY DECLINED! Perhaps they couldn't keep up with supply and demand, and resorted to becoming thieves, because they won't answer calls, and will send You straight to voice mail!

Delivery is inconsistent at best. I have been with them for a little over a month and 2 deliveries have already had issues out of the 5 thus far. I tried to cancel my subscription but despite them responding here saying you can, it doesn't work. I paused the subscription and put in a ticket for cancellation after sitting on the phone waiting for customer service for over 30 minutes.

The food is fabulous! But I have been ordering for weeks.The first two weeks I did not get everything I ordered.I got substitutes without my consent or knowledge. The third week was perfect and the fourth week which is today I did not receive my delivery! While they made good on giving you credit for the mistakes, I cannot see how I can continue to order food from a company who cannot manage to deliver what I order when i'm supposed to get it.

The best, packaged food I have found. You can really taste the freshness and quality of the food. And for around the same price as others that load thiers with sodium, Eat Clean has One of the Lisa sodium companies that I found. and I love the option of having larger meals.

First order never came. Second order was wrong. Then I called to cancel and they didnt cancel. I got charged for two more orders. When I called to tell them, they said managment would call me back about refund. Never did. Called again, they said the same thing. Still no manager called. One of the worst experiences ever. And the food wasnt even that good. Stay away!

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Boy, I wish I would have read reviews before I ever ordered from this company. Not only are they thieves but they treat their customers terrible. The food was less than par as to taste and quality. I cancelled my plan and they still wanted to keep my money! I advised that I only had one time meal delivery and did not want to continue and although NO food was delivered, they still would not refund my money. I've literally never come across a worse company to deal with. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! Now they don't even respond to my emails as to my refund. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A COMPANY THAT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS THE WAY THIS COMPANY DOES. The food isn't worth it and neither are they. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

this is the second review I am doing on this company the first time I put a review in, they were very receptive and got everything worked out but I have now ordered the large meals over and over and over and it’s on my account but they continue to send me regular meals yet charge me for the large meals. I have spoken with Diana Barbar multiple multiple times r through text and on the phone and she keeps promising that she’s going to take care of it but to this date, after 3 months it still has not been taken care of. I am beyond irritated with this company!!….. The food is decent, but the delivery is always outside the window they show it’s supposed to arrive and the variety is not very good….. they also keep sending me shrimp meals when I put on the list that I do not want any seafood at all…. If they would give me the large meals and delivered during the window, they say they are going to deliver them. This company would be a great company!

Lost 20 pounds with eat clean in a month!
