Well, the fact that they made mistakes and corrected them, is what makes the 5 star review. The food is quite good, but better heated on the stove instead of the microwave. They sent a box of food to my house in LV instead of my granddaughter's in KS. The food I recieved was not even the correct order. They sent the correct food to the correct location the next day.

I like most of the food. The carrots and zucchini are too hard. The eggplant parm was like rubber and could not be chewed.

The food is good, sometimes the meat can be dry but overall good taste. I have once received a completely wrong order (and it was refunded) and once I received a dish that was <200 MORE than it was supposed to be.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! I have a wrong charge since Aug 22, and has been calling almost daily and no one picks up the phone. The only time I got lucky, they promised a refund and two months later, I am still waiting for it. I am still calling almost daily, and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

I have been trying to talk with a manager about getting my refund of $153.95 since the end of July, 2024, via emails and telephone calls. I have never dealt with a company with POOR service. Just to be clear, the representatives that you talk to via telephone are not responsible for the problem. I assume they are doing their best to pass the info forward. It is the MANAGERS/BILLING DEPT that do not return phone calls. I would never do any business with this company.

They charge your card before you approve of your next delivery and the customer service is just them telling you lies. It doesn't matter what you select on the website--they will ship whatever they want. In my case, they shipped a bunch of disgusting servings of mac and cheese and chicken nuggets (the cheapest thing they can produce). I had to report them to my bank to get all the money they owed me refunded, which finally happened after four months of emails and phone calls.

Ordered 10 meals from this company. They were never delivered. No communication with the customer support. Not willing to refund. Terrible company. Do not waste your money.

Meals aren't anything outstanding but decent. However, even when I complete the list of foods we don't eat (including pork since we're kosher) those meals will still get automatically picked for options...this seems obviously poor management in my opinion but maybe I'm expecting some common sense? We used the services for several months but had a couple issues requiring customer service, which was horrendous. The final straw was when they charged me prior to approval of meals (and prior to end-of-time to make adjustments) and would not refund these meals, some of which we can't even use. We cancelled and I do not believe they are worth the headache.
