I shipped several parcels through Easyship, and most appear to have been lost around 95% First parcel I sent as a test to my best friends in South Korea the parcel was marked as delivered, but my friend never received it. That was almost a year ago and Easyship still never resolved it they have no picture confirmation that the parcel was delivered and any other proof. Other parcels have had no meaningful tracking updates for around six months + They are calling six months a “delay” is ridiculous. The parcels are clearly lost. I also paid for shipping insurance, yet Easyship has still not reimbursed me. All I receive are generic apologies with no investigation, no resolution, and no payout. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend Safe yourself time and money because their service is useless.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share this. We've looked into every shipment on your account and want to give you a clear, accurate picture, since some of the figures in your review don't match what we're seeing. Of your 17 shipped parcels, 13 were delivered without dispute, 3 are held at Vietnam customs (not lost; they're physically located, awaiting documents from the recipient), and 1 shows as delivered by the courier but without proof of delivery, which we agree is unresolved. That's 0 confirmed lost shipments, not 95%. We think the 95% figure comes from stale "In Transit" statuses on our dashboard that hadn't refreshed; three of those shipments were in fact confirmed delivered back in April. On insurance: your Premium Insurance shipments didn't have a qualifying loss event (two delivered, one is a customs hold, which isn't a covered loss under either Basic Courier Liability or Premium Insurance), and no claim was filed before the window closed. The one shipment with a genuine open question, the Korea parcel marked delivered with no proof, is the one we should have kept pushing on, and we're reopening that now. We also own that we went quiet after mid-April when we should have followed up proactively, especially once the customs documentation issue was flagged. That's on us, and we'd like to close this out properly. We've followed up on your account directly. Please reply there so we can finish this with you.
