Shipped package from CA to USA. It got stuck at the customs, NOBODY contacted me, until I realized it's being returned to me without any notice. Had to refund the customer, package still hasn't move for a MONTH. Today received additional charge for weight adjustment, if I disagree, I can take pictures on a scale, of the package, that I still don't have, within 10 days.
I already see how my refund for the delivery they messed up will go. Worst courier experience so far. Never using again and I suggest the same for you

They required ID verification right…
They required ID verification right before I could pay for a shipment. Why not before my last 20 ones, or at the home screen???? Of course they place it right after you've painstakingly entered all the reciever and package information and won't let you proceed until you do the whole song and dance.
Frustrating experience.

There’s nothing “easy” about it
Update - Be aware

Almost a year later, Easyship is still causing us problems. Bad faith seems to be what actually drives this business. Pages of Terms & Conditions, with an endless number of clauses that put every risk and problem back onto the customer. No renewal notice, no refund, no cancellation grace period. This is a renewal trap, plain and simple. Small business owners don't have time to micromanage every bill and every charge.
We caught our renewal 15 business days later, mainly because we'd recently switched to a far better platform. Most, if not all, of the other subscription services we use give proper notice before renewing, or at least offer honest support when something goes wrong. Easyship? Not even close. They'll drag you through delays, escalations, a "legal team," and so on. And if you're still hanging on after all that, they'll offer you something almost laughable, like turning off auto-renewal for next year. Bad faith, again. Fifteen days with no usage at all versus 350.
There are far better options out there, with real customer service, an actual account manager, and subscription fees a fraction of the cost (some even free) for a better product. Don't get caught the way we did. This lesson cost us $980+. Hopefully this review will save a few other business owners from the same mistake of doing business with Easyship.

If zero stars were possible, Easyship would earn it.
U.S. customs changes are always announced months in advance, yet nothing is ever updated in the platform to handle USMCA compliance or prevent unjustified tariffs. As a result, our fully compliant Canadian products are charged duties anyway — forcing us to absorb part of the cost just to stay fair to our customers.
When a single fulfillment team member couldn’t pass the in-app ID verification, the entire business account was disabled for 24–48 hours. That meant no shipping, no fulfillment — everything on hold.
Customer “support” is another disaster. Every interaction ends with someone who can’t actually resolve issues, and when they do act, it’s without any understanding of how real businesses operate. One rep even “fixed” a carrier error by delaying our pickup three days without telling us — and called that a solution.
Only thing they are good at is giving apologies...
Run! Don’t get involved or subscribe to Easyship. There’s nothing “easy” about it — and it’s certainly not built for serious shippers or fulfillment-driven businesses.

Easyship Review - Worst Experience
I would give zero stars if that were an option. This has been one of the worst courier experiences I have ever had.
I mailed a simple document on August 31, 2026, and as of September 24, 2026, it still has not reached the recipient. That is nearly 30 days for a basic document to reach its destination.
Based on my experience, the shipping process has been extremely slow:
The shipment is sent through USPS Ground and can take approximately 7–10 days just to reach the Los Angeles processing center.
It then appears to spend another 4–5 days at the Los Angeles facility while shipments are processed and bundled.
It takes additional time to reach the destination country.
After that, Easyship hands the shipment over to the local postal service, with little visibility or accountability regarding the final delivery.
The delivery times advertised on the website gave me a very different expectation from what actually happened. In my case, a simple international document shipment has taken close to 30 days and is still not delivered.
I am also very disappointed by the customer experience. I have heard that customers may be contacted and asked to change their reviews, which makes the review process even more concerning.
At this point, I would not use Easyship again for anything time-sensitive. If you need to send an important international document, I recommend comparing the actual transit times and tracking options offered by USPS, UPS, and DHL before choosing Easyship.
My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not rely on the delivery estimates or advertising provided by Easyship.

Useful interface and cheap prices. but if anything goes wrong you are on your own. Expensive and 0 customer support. Really avoid. there are much much better companies out there.
