They provide a reasonable freight quote. 7 days or so after receiving goods they slap a 20-50% excess freight charge on top. When you dispute they request photos of measurements and weights which they know you can’t as it’s been unpacked already. It’s a freight scam!!!

Easyship has an heinous "verification" system which randomly triggered as I was working through about 100 orders. This required me to upload personal information to who knows where. I needed to finish my work, so I had to do this since I was already half integrated the batch with Easyship. After going through the process, the verification failed and it took them almost 24 hours to reactivate my account -- in the middle of an order. Their support profusely apologized, but did absolutely nothing to recitify or acknowledge the issue, and it's almost entirely spitting out AI slop. AVOID - DO NOT USE! This is not a reliable company that will give you support for a business.

Worst shipping experience ever. Extremely poor customer service & 6 weeks later seem to have lost my shipment.

I am an absolute legitimate business with a clear online presence that anyone can easily find on Google, yet Easy Ship's automated onboarding process has been a complete nightmare. Despite uploading all genuine, legal, and verified documents, their system rejected my application for an Identity Verification (IDV) failure. It is incredibly obvious that a flawed AI algorithm rejected my paperwork, and the absolute worst part is that no humans are reviewing it to fix the mistake. Instead of helping, they just repeat the blame back to me for a "failed verification" without looking at the actual proof. There is literally no way to get in touch with a real person to resolve this. If you are a real business looking for a reliable partner, look elsewhere. Their customer service is nonexistent and their verification system is broken.

It is completely scam, they gave good price , and whan charges appear for nothing, surcharge, which never apply by shipping companies, weight discrepancy 0,5 kilo, they charge double price, which shipping companies never do. Checked with UPS, they claimed, they never did it. So it is complete froud

Will take your money and lock your account. must verify and they say they cannot verify and will not refund the money in your account not used. Will not let you use it either. will charge you to be able to contact them. Absolutely horrible.

After more than a year of repeated problems, I can no longer recommend Easyship to any serious e-commerce business. We’ve dealt with accounts unexpectedly blocked, valid payment cards rejected because of Easyship’s own payment system, label-generation failures, and international shipments getting stuck or lost in their routing network. One shipment to Australia was never delivered after getting stuck in the USPS/ePost Global process in Carol Stream, IL. We had to refund the customer ourselves. Now another shipment to Saudi Arabia is showing a disturbingly similar problem. We also currently have a domestic USPS package missing for more than two weeks, with no resolution despite repeated escalations. And the support experience is always the same: Problem → generic answer → escalation → promise of an update → silence → chase Easyship again → another escalation → silence. I have wasted an unbelievable amount of time dealing with Easyship instead of running my businesses. If reliable fulfillment matters to your company, think very carefully before relying on Easyship. Easyship management: your own support history documents every single one of these incidents.

Account blocked, funds taken, zero response from support I've shipped many international packages through Easyship with no issues — until now. My account was blocked after I paid for an order with a different card. I completed their identity verification, it failed the automated check, and I've been stuck in "manual review" ever since with no timeline and no real person answering. The worst part: they already pulled funds from my account for a package I cannot ship. They're holding my money while blocking me from using the service. I have customers waiting on shipments and this is costing my business every single day. I've opened a support ticket, emailed and contacted their sales rep — still nothing. If your business depends on shipping on time, think twice before trusting this platform. One flagged payment and your entire operation stops with no way to reach anyone who can fix it.
