My company has been using Easyship for our ecommerce for several years and the experience has been super, with everything working to our expectations. No platform is flawless - but Easyship really solves our problems, allowing us to scale our business and now we have shipped to over 80 countries which would have otherwise been just a dream. The app is well designed and easy to use. Customer service has been improving vastly - we also had several price adjustments/over-charging on shipments shipped with certain couriers that we managed to successfully get refunded on, this was done with the help of the customer service reps. Also a tip is to consider the courier you choose carefully as some are more reliable than others so one has got to be discerning. All in all the app works great for our ecommerce and we highly recommend it to people looking for a variety of couriers and affordable rates so your business can expand worldwide!

I have never known such completely disinterested customer service. Not one question answered while my customers' orders are blocked by a non-functioning "premium" feature that I was upsold. I am losing business but they do not care. They do not communicate. I wish I had read these reviews before handing over my bank details.
