Easyship dashboard has many features and it is really easy to work with. The shipping label creation and refund process works well. The label cost is also very competitive. I always get the cheapest price for labels on Easyship.

Be warned - especially if you're in New Zealand. I launched my ecommerce site - tested everything and then I get my first order and Easyship doesn't work. Customer service has been useless - I was told I was in a queue four days ago and still no resolution and no ability to ship orders. I'm constantly promised updates I don't get.

Painfully slow customer service especially if you are in the UK where the time difference means every reply will take 1 day minimum so a week passes quickly with no resolutions. If you send goods from your depot, and it gets returned for whatever reason, it gets returned to Easyship depot instead of your depot and they have no idea where the goods are and just blame the courier despite the fact tracking shows its been delivered to them. They sit on important queries for weeks on end it just means your goods will not get delivered and you will loose customers because of their slow and poor communication and tracking.

I've written to you directly to explain, but just in case you do not see my email, I wanted to straighten out any confusion about the role that Easyship plays in the shipping cycle. Once you select a courier, it is their responsibility to deliver the shipment, there is no Easyship warehouse and nobody at Easyship touches the package. If something goes wrong, we will always push the courier to get the best possible outcome for our clients, but in this case, I can confirm that due to poor performance by the courier, the shipment was not delivered successfully.
