With one employer year after year, this was the easiest and safest I've ever felt doing my federal tax return. Living in a state with no income tax is a no brainer to use this app. Saving money by doing it myself. I love it.

I used it to do my mom's taxes. She's elderly on Soc.Sec. her return was rejected initially, but E-file guided me how to fix it. It was because she had zero income outside of SS. Great help, thanks.

The navigation of the site is easy considering how many documents are listed. Tip: have all documentation ready beforehand. It will make the process quicker and simpler. I have used E-file for two years now and I don't have any issues filing my taxes. Also, I use the option that is free because I don't have a lot of documents when filling federal taxes.

I filed my return on Federal and State, got an email stating it was rejected. The fees were taken out of my account twice. If it was rejected how could these fees be taken out!! Not a Happy filer, first time using this site. I can't believe it!!

I am very sorry for the confusion with this. We transmitted the tax return that you originally prepared, however, certain information did not match what the IRS shows and needed to be corrected before the IRS would accept your return. Correcting your return and retransmitting is free of charge with E-file.com. We sent you an email with instructions on what needed to be corrected and how to retransmit your tax return. Unfortunately, instead of correcting and retransmitting your return, you created a new account, purchased software again, completed another return and transmitted that instead. Since this return also contained information that does not match what the IRS shows, it too would need to be corrected and retransmitted. At this point, I have requested that our support team reach out to you directly to provide you with a refund and help you to correct and retransmit one of these returns.
