" Where's my return ?"
I can't check the status of my return. "where's my return." Since I don't recall the EXACT amount of my return. It doesn't appear to be very easy to find out again either. So you guys show me ONE time? Now if I don't have it I'm screwed? How can I get into " where's my return " without it?!

I am sorry that you are having difficulty with the IRS Where's My Refund Tool. We are an authorized IRS software provider, but we do not maintain the IRS.gov website or this tool. Now, we have no record of a "Count Darkwing st" who prepared a tax return with us this year and you did not respond to our requests for more information. With that said, any user who prepares a tax return with E-file.com, can download a pdf copy of that return from the My Account page inside their E-file.com account. Your tax return will contain your refund amount.
