I used efile.com for the first time this year and I was very impressed. It was easy to use. It walks you through everything and asks questions to make sure you get all of the credits and deductions you deserve. After filing I had a question and customer service was very helpful and responded immediately answering my question. The price was great too. The best price I have ever found. Thanks efile.com!

I used Turbo tax for 9 years. But this year I had login issues. So I decided to go with you folks. Glad I did. Customer service was great. The help section was clear and easy for me use. The print function was good and concise...Got accepted the next day. Thanks E- file.

The customer service was great, although I think the form needs a bit of work, especially for lower income filers. I had made a stupid error (not reporting .24 in interest income!) that kept my form from being processed, so I wrote to them and they responded the next day, very clearly and simply. It was an omission that I couldn't identify in the form but they took one look and told me how to fix it. I have always used TurboTax, but this time I didn't use it because because I had trouble logging in. Since I had just realized at the last minute that I hadn't actually filed my taxes in April but had just filed for an extension, I went right away to the IRS site. As I said, it needs a bit of simplification, but the customer service was great and everything was easily resolved!

When I done my taxes on efile, I found the cost too high for me to be able to pay without causing me stress on my budget. Only receive disability from s.s. as I have stage 4 terminal kidney cancer. Had a friend go to library and get me blank tax forms to try to figure out myself, could not do them.... I received an email also that day reminding me to complete my taxes from efile and replied to them that I could not afford that price. ( I NEVER expected a reply,) Behold, I did recieve a reply and email included a coupon code that enabled me to finish my taxes and pay for them. THANKS efile for your personal response to my dilemma and understanding. In this day and age it is refreshing to see an organization to take to heart a consumers concerns and reply and assist them.
