They responded quickly to my request for price quote and prices were reasonable and within the market range. Once I decided to use them, they sent a contract to me by email clearly explaining the terms of service. Delivery was prompt and pickup was a breeze to schedule via email, text or website. The entire experience went very well and I would not hesitate to recommend Dumpsters.com.

Very disappointed with the services received. Calling and making the reservation was easy. The day of delivery on the other had was disappointing. I received a call at noon mentioning that they would not be able to deliver the dumpster the day of because my order was overlooked. Offering me a $25 refund for the day (for a $400 rental.) I understand that this is a business and that mistakes happen but when you adjust your schedule and are on a time line you expect for a business of this magnitude to be dependable and reliable. At the end of the day, after speaking to multiple people in customer service and being on hold for over an hour, I cancelled their services and would not recommend.

Everything went smoothly and did not encounter any issues.

Ordering a dumpster was easy, as well as scheduling its pick up. The price was great!!

Everything went well. I liked the text reminders sent.

In looking for a dumpster that I would need within a few days from the day I was ordering, I chose another company. They promised to deliver on the day I requested by a particular time. They never showed up even though the dumpster was pre-paid for. Neither did they call. So I called them, canceled, and requested a refund. Then I called Dumpsters.com. They delivered exactly on the day and within the time period agreed-upon. The dumpster was placed exactly where I wanted it; and the pick up was perfect. Dumpster rental is rather expensive in my opinion, but if you’re getting your moneys worth I feel it’s worth it. I highlyrecommenddumpster.com

Delivery on time. Pick up on time. No damages to our property.

I would rate no stars if given the opportunity. We rented a dumpster and had to wait for one week to have it delivered. Friday, our promised delivery day came and went with no dumpster delivery. We spent close to two hours on hold today just trying to find out where our rented dumpster was located. The very pleasant operators offered no information and did not have any clue. Chalk this up for one of the worse customer service experiences ever. Do not use Dumpsters.com!!!
