*****BEWARE OF DUMPSTER.COM***** I agreed upon a set price to have a dumpster delivered. It came several days late which was no big deal. After I was finished with it, they failed to take the days it was not on my property when charging me an extra $120 for late fees. In addition to that, they took my banking information and proceeded to charge my account without any advance notice, discussion, or explanation and charged my card (without prior notice or permission) three additional times totaling more than the original agreed upon price ($397.00) for the dumpster, totalling over $824.95. That was for a dumpster I only utilized half of The capacity. It was half empty when they picked it up ! DISPICABLE ! ******CUSTOMERS BEWARE****** VERY GRIMY BUSINESS PRACTICES ! MADE SEVERAL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT ! FAILED TO GIVE ANY JUSTIFIABLE REASON (when I called for an explanation) FOR ADDITIONAL "UNAUTHORIZED" CHARGES AND FEES ! HOMEOWNERS AND BUSINESSES..... BEWARE !

Do not rent from this company. We never received our rental dumpster on Friday and was told they could not guarantee Saturday or Monday. They are not honest and forthcoming.

Pay high rates for a service to be done only TWO times a month…… can’t even do that but they’ll sure take your money if you don’t catch them. Wouldn’t sign with this company if I could go back, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Got a 30 yd dumpster for a house clean out..put in for a pickup on Tuesday as it was the last day of the rental...I received an email stating the dumpster couldn't be picked up till Wednesday or Thursday...then Tuesday night I get another email stating the dumpster would be picked up Wednesday...Wednesday came and went, no pick up, no emails...then I call Thursday when come afternoon still no pickup...I needed it picked up because I have a contractor coming Friday to pave my driveway...I am told they will look into it...then I get a text stating the pickup is on the asap list but would not be Thursday..I then call customer service and I am told they would call dispatch and make sure it's picked up today...we'll its 7:30 and no pickup...my contractor is coming tomorrow afternoon...if it isn't picked up early morning I am contacting my lawyer. and they are paying any deposits I loose because of this!

They send a dumpster with banded door so i cant close it all the way. When they came for pickup they said door is not closed. When i send them band door picture there is a supervisor she said okey they only charge me 75$ and they send me final full paidoff invoice But after one month they take 195$ from my card. I suggest you guys dont give them your card information. I have all the pictures of banded doors and video.

Been doing business with them for years but after today I WILL NEVER use the service again. I rented a dumpster for my business and had a scheduled picked up. A customer pulled in front of the dumpster when they came to pick it up and instead of even pulling in the parking lot they took a picture from the street and charged me $195. I called to explain and was told that's the way they do things.

Don’t use that company. Never on time and expensive! watch out for pick up and drop off time. They will just show up at 4:30am without any notice and then charge you for fee for not answering your phone , just ridiculous!!

Diring removal of the dumpster, the dumpster wiped out 8 feet of hedges that line the driveway. They have chosen not to take any responsibility as they do not feel they are responsible for non-negligence. When repairs are this significant further review than photos should be considered as well as the the care the driver takes should be considered. We received a “we are sympathetic” and nothing else. Please be aware of what you are signing and that significant damage can take place.
