Dumpsters.comReviews of dumpsters.com

Very happy with service. Prompt delivery. Drop off and pickup was very easy to schedule and we had to add a few days. Would have liked a call on day of pick up. Showed up early in the morning and we still had a couple of large items to put in it. Other than that, we would highly recommend service.

The drop off and pick up drivers were very professional. i notified you on day 8 that the dumpster was ready to be picked up. I received a call on day 10 there would be a delay in pickup. I called customer service on day 11 to say that strangers were putting things in the dumpster unauthorized by me. Customer service was very unprofessional and told me too bad, If the dumpster was over the limit due to the strangers, I would be charged 150.

Ordered a dumpster on 4/9/2021, was told it could be delivered on the12th,called to see what time it would be delivered was told it would now be the 14th. Received a call on the 13th and was told it would be 1/2 weeks as they were short on dumpsters in my area due to a tornado that passed through the area. I would have been fine with this if told when I ordered the container but to wait 3 days is not a good look on the company. will never recommend or use them again as they run a poor operation to not know they are short of dumpsters.

Dumpsters.com made my issues less stressful. I ordered their service, it was promptly scheduled and everything was on time. Thank you dumpsters.com. I recommend you highly. 5 Stars!

Dumpsters.com was awesome!

Great company. Great employees. Very responsive, polite and professional.

Good service. Delivery was a day late, but dropped off first thing in the morning the next day. And they extended the time limit too. No hassle.
