I used this service when we cleaned out my dads house. He recently passed away and there was some items that we could no longer use. They delivered and removed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone in need of a dumpster.

I had a bad experience. I ordered a dumpster (and paid the entire amount up front as they require); they were not able to deliver on the day promised. I had workers coming the following day and they could not commit to a specific time the next day either. I don't have an issue with a mistake or over schedule - but there was no communication or explanation; long hold times in excess of 15 minutes to try to get the issue resolved (the repetitive "on-hold" theme did not help). There were promises to call me back, which did not happen in a timely fashion It was difficult to get a credit back for the lack of service. I respect that missteps can happen but they did not remedy the issue in a professional or fair way. I will not be using them or recommending them
