I had the best experience today with Janelle from customer support, she went above and beyond helping me to find the shipping service delivering the heavy field and brush mower I ordered. Not only did she locate the shipping co but also looked up their phone for me. Janelle put my mind at ease regarding the mistake I made on my address, she said the driver will call to confirm correct address. I want to give a big thank you to Janelle, you're the best!!!

I purchased the DR PRO 60 Power Grader to maintain my gravel parking lot. I researched and read many reviews of different types of machines that would level gravel and I chose the power grader. There was some minor damage from the freight company, but nothing that made it inoperable. It took a few hours to assemble the power grader once I received it. I have a 2013 Yamaha Grizzly 700 that I installed a receiver on to use for the grading. The receiver I purchased (a different vendor) was a bolt on. After hitting a few larger rocks in my parking lot the receiver bolts stripped out. I welded the receiver to my 4 wheeler frame and not a problem anymore. The reason I tell this story is that the DR PRO 60 is a well-built piece of equipment that does an awesome job on my parking lot. It honestly looks like I put a few loads of new gravel down. I was ready to spend over $2,000.00 to drop more rock on the parking lot. Glad I invested in the DR PRO 60 power grader.

First, Fast and reliable services. So far we love the unit, very steady and well built. This is our second one after more than 10 years on the old one. And the UPS guy did an outstanding delivery by put straight to our long drive way. Very much appreciated.

Parts and Service Technician assisted in the repair of impeller and maintenance tune-up. They stayed the line as I accomplished different task which is very helpful. Highly recommend this company.

Ease of navigation through website and ordering

Used website and called representative. Both were great and I was able to order the part I needed for an older piece of equipment. The part was delivered within the time promised, fit and function are perfect, and I got back to work in my garden right after installation!

The gentleman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about your yard vacuum products and asked appropriate questions to make sure my selection was a good choice for my needs. He also made sure that I would be comfortable with the operation of the equipment and what it could and could not do for the conditions where I would be using it. This individual also exhibited good customer service and interpersonal skills. The methods of shipment and delivery as well as schedules were also discussed. Upselling was also employed for attachments and warranties, but was also done in a professional and appropriate manner. Overall an excellent experience.
