When I ordered my second Dr Trimmer the website said it would ship in 1 to 3 days. I RECEIVED the Trimmer in 3 days from the day I ordered it. Easy setup and minimal assembly. I was able to use it almost immediately upon unpacking. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I own three pieces of dr products. The last yard vacuum I purchased a extended warranty as I was assured it covered "everything". I had a problem with the gas engine, they sent me to small engine repair shop and I was told a bolt had come loose and it was not covered under the warranty, and it needed a new engine. So far this little non item has cost me 400 dollars and I don't have the final charges.

I purchased my DR yard sweeper couple years ago. It sheered a bolt in the blower mechanism. I tryed literally for 3 weeks to get some help. At one point I was arguing with a employee about coming there to talk with someone for help. She told me they won't let me in. So I was like I'll call a lawyer. She said go ahead they won't let him in either. Instead of trying to help me. She was urgering me on. Just to tick me off. Still no help. Finally there was a gentleman to take the time and help me order the part I needed. So after using it for a week. The hose broke. I taped it up it broke again. They told me that I could buy a better one that holds up in the frost. And it was made of better material. And it was longer. It cost almost $200 So my question is if I pay$1800.00 for a product. Why don't it have a quality hose to begin with. I could have bought one for $1100.00 at big R.

Stay away from the sp30. Ordered one the belt burned up first attempt. Just as all the other reviews. They changed hands and it shows. Will never do business with them again. Buyers beware!

This order came to my house in a timely manner, it was exactly what I ordered, and I paid a reasonable price for it.

I own three pieces of DR equipment all three are inoperative. DR equipment is overpriced and high maintenance. You spend more time working on the equipment than working on your property. It is junk.

I bought a brand new DR. push mower from you. I received it on July 20, 2023. I took it out of the box it was shipped in. I filled it with gas and oil. Left it set for about 2 or 3 minutes. It started right up. It ran for about 2 or 3 minutes and both blades fell off. I put them back on and tried starting it again. It will not turn over. It is locked up.
