You had the correct part and shipped it in time for the weed season.

It seems like the item is backordered but I was never given an update regarding how long it will take to ship this product.

The descriptions were clear and the actual ordering process was easy to follow with no surprises.

DR Pro 420 Wood chipper broken crankshaft. Bought a replacement wood chipper from the original owner. The first chipper they bought had a broken crankshaft. DR sent a replacement. The original owner used the replacement for just a few hours, then sold it to me. After two hours use the crankshaft broke. The original owner says DR knows about this problem but continues to sell the product anyway. They would not warranty because I was not the original owner.

Very simple ordering process. It’s the 4th DR trimmer I’ve ordered. They’re awesome

The trimmer line constantly comes off and breaks. At this rate I will spend 400 dollars a year in trimmer line. Terrible design to attach trimmer line. For this reason, I might want to return your product.

My customer service representative was knowledgeable friendly and even helped look for potential warranty coverage for the part I was ordering. My only gripe is I'd like longer customer service hours for those of us who live on the west coast and do our work on the weekends.

I searched the DR website for the length of the Line Caddy in Special #2. The descriptions on the DR website do not disclose the length. My order arrived with the 26" Caddy. I ordered the Easy Line Change upgrade for my trimmer that requires 13" line pieces. I then learned that there is a "26" Caddy" and a "Caddy" that is 14" long. The Special #2 just said "Caddy". I suggested that DR Power update their product descriptions for the Caddy products. Customer service made it right. They credited me for the 26" Caddy received and allowed me to order the 14" Caddy with free shipping. Thank You!
