DRPower EquipmentReviews of drpower.com

The trimmer mower arrived a day early The box was a little damaged, but the contents were fine. Assembly took less than 10 minutes. Instructions were easy to follow. I am 79 years old, electric starter and self propelled axle make the mower very easy to operate at my age.

I was looking for 2 different parts I had damaged on my electric log splitter, I left a message for help pertaining to this. A lady representative called me back and very patiently helped line up the parts needed. An email confirmed the order, and the parts are on their way. ps--- I was very worried I wouldn't find the parts necessary, thank you!!!

Very unreliable products. No good support despite high prices. Will never buy again.

Your employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, I hope you compensate they well. I do wish Generac hadn’t bought out old company, I live in Vermont and did business with a little store in vergennes Vt, which I miss.Im excited to upgrade my old trimmer with new quick lock mow ball part. I hope it works as good as you claim.

Ordering online was very easy! Had a question and they were so helpful.

Exactly what I ordered and delivered quickly!

I needed parts for my TB 44T mower. You parts and tech support were awesome!

I have 62V electric mower, chainsaw, trimmer, blower, and pole saw , I purchase 4 years ago . now battery and parts are not available. Also gas chipper shredder and leaf vacuum. The chipper is a pain to clean and the vacuum parts are not available. I been getting parts from other companies and not DR. Buyer beware if you want to hang on to your equipment for any length of time.
