I've never had problems, but seems like others do occasionally, so I'm always slightly apprehensive.

Since the rebrand from Massdrop to Drop, I feel like the overall quality and value of the items offered has seen a sharp decline. It seems like there has been a considerable uptick in cheaply made subpar products to replace the interesting, community driven products that used to be offered by Massdrop. Additionally, I have been greatly disappointed by the consolidation to a handful of categories, as opposed to the breadth of categories of products that used to be offered. I understand abandoning some of the more niche categories, such as automotive and writing, but I feel like others such as DIY tech and even knitting filled an important niche.

I love the mech keyboard community on drop. I only wish I had enough money to keep up with all the things I want to buy. Also the packaging for switches is a step above how other vendors ship switches (crammed in baggies), and I really appreciate that extra care.

I have bought quite a few things from the Drop and find that their response to my questions and comments are pretty accurate. One of the things that does not 'ring my bell' is the abundance of offerings in the way of audio and keyboards. To me it has become 'ad nauseam". Plenty of other things out there that could be offered on the drop. For instance cameras, walking sticks, exercise equipment, bongs, lighters, clothes, ect. Now don't get me wrong I do enjoy the emails to see what the current offerings are. Mush on guys.

Having ordered quite a few products from Drop (formerly Massdrop) I am well familiar with them and have greatly enjoyed being a member. I feel like I have gotten great (and sometimes unique) products at excellent prices and I look forward to seeing their future collaborations.

I think Drop communication is pretty good, shipping times and updates are accurate

My transactions with Drop have been all just fine. However, I've witnessed first-hand the lack of communication and transparency in several drops. I myself have some time asked for clarification or more info about a product, to only receive silence as an answer. That is not good.
