I read all sorts of complaints about Massdrop, (I really dislike calling it Drop) but you little sissy's keep coming back for a spanking because you can't stand to miss out on a good deal. I kick myself every time I miss out on a good deal because I'm all spent out. yeah, sometimes you have to wait months to get your goods, the shipping can take weeks...waaaahhh cry me a river you little babies. That's the problem with so many folks today. Ya'll need instant gratification, no patience and appreciation for a good deal. I spend a good deal of $$$ here and I feel I get great value. I would appreciate a better return and warranty policy, something akin to what Monoprice does, ya'll could never touch Amazon, they are stupendous but I pay extra for that level of service. I don't want to pay extra here, I want rock bottom prices, GREAT collaborations with manufacturers for above average products and a place where folks go in and tear up the reviews with both useful and useless info. Not only do I get products I want, I also get entertainment out of all the silly comments folks leave all over the place. Some folks even leave good pertinent info too, that's always a plus. I keep coming back because there is something of value to be had here. I wouldn't mind if the company went back to working out Massdrop deals, where we collectively give you money to get an official product at a reduced rate, even if I have to wait 4 months to get it. I'm willing to wait for 40% or even more savings, let's get back to the roots of the company, stop being greedy. Danmed capitalism, get's us all every time...

While the time waiting for a product is sometimes long, the gear is top of the line and the deals the best I have seen. The big advantage is having people who know and understand the product and giving their opinion and reviews. I was thinking one drop was not such a good deal because I saw the same headphones on amazon for 50 bucks less. Someone told me to look at the things that came with the drop and I was amazed. The two cables were worth four times the Amazon discount and that was just the start. My entire music is brought from Drop, with the exception of my HD 800 headphones. That was because I got them before I found Drop. Even the shelf I use came from Drop. I use to go to amazon when I needed something. Now I go to drop first. I got a keyboard that is out of this world and has lowered my typing mistakes while speeding up my typing. I would highly recommend Drop to anyone looking for electronics or any of the types of items they sell. If I had one comlaint it is the wait for something I need to come up. It could be years or days, there is no way of knowing. I just have to click request and pray. The same with getting the product after paying. It might ship the next day, or in two months. Given the price difference, it is well worth the wait.

Love the site, 1 star off for changing from Massdrop.com and for cancelling a drop I was looking forward to (spinning top gamble).

Consistent, excellent service. Many good items have been offered at great prices. And if you miss an item the first time 'round, many have been offered again. A great way to acquire useful, wellbuilt items.

Cool knives, usually good pricing and value for special production runs. Most products are branded with Massdrop on the blade if that might be a concern. Free shipping is the worst, it usually takes about 1.5 to 2 weeks for delivery to the west coast after the shipping notice is sent. Fedex Smartpost is just a joke in general, but somehow Drop seems to get even worse delivery service than anybody else.

i've ordered from Drop several times, no complaints. Everything is always exactly as described and prices are great. I have no problem recommending Drop to anyone!

A great website with wonderful customer service and products. Trustworthy and affordable, a lot of the audiophile gear is worthy of legendary status.

Curated products. Well designed site. Photo products need a lot of work. The deals are never right and the equipment+sales are not unique. You need to bring on someone to focus just on that market and increase your brand identity there. Example: You show response curves for your headphones but no MTF charts or DxO mark type reviews. Your customers care about the technical aspects of the products. Show it to them.
