I've been extremely satisfied with my dealings with Drop, both with their products and with their service. On the rate occasion I have had issues with a defective product, their support team has been very quick to resolve the issue very smoothly and was always satisfied with the outcome. I'm particularly fond of their audio division for the unique items that they have brought to the market. I've been more than satisfied with all of my purchases and highly recommend them.

You sent me a broken product and then sent me to another company to get it replaced. That cost me 50% of the original cost of the product. That is just a bad policy in effect and bad customer service to see that bad policy and to have done nothing about it. I ordered a timex watch for $25 and it cost me $13 to ship it to and get a replacement from Timex. I no longer shop here as this has happened three times now.

It's important to know what you're signing up for - if you are in a hurry Drop probably isn't the place for you (there are some drops that offer expedited shipping etc but the majority take long). I've successfully RMA'd stuff twice internationally. Customer service is quite good in my experience, they've handled my cases quickly and efficiently.

The price sometime not a good deal. Sometime go to Amazon get it cheaper. Beside that great service

Product with great performance at good price, but shipping option is the weakest part. As I am an member from Hong Kong, DHL is very unreliable and slow. DROP should change the provider or at least add some faster international shipping option. DHL has lost the package 2 times already, and although DROP will absorb it and provide resend/refund, it is still a waste as it is a brand new product. I did asked DROP staff on this, and they said since they have global agreement, this can't be changed in short time. When I buy a USD$400~500 product, I won't mind paying USD$30~50 for express or 5~7 business day shipping verse current USD$5-10 4~6 weeks global tracked shipping.
