Mostly good product

Drop has some great items to offer. Especially when they join for exclusives, like socks. Their customer service is the best!

Drop is an excellent place to get the gear/merchandise you want at a discount. All the items I have received have been good quality, some better than others, but always worth the price. You should do your research before buying on Drop because sometimes you can get the same or similar item cheaper and faster. I would also caution you to fully understand the return and warranty policies for each item you are thinking about purchasing.

I miss having the tabletop gaming stuff but I am mostly here for the mechanical keyboards. I had one cancelled order, one product that feels very cheap and doesn't sit flat, as well as one keyboard that did not sit flat from this service. I know its final sale so this has affected my review. I enjoy the service but I think it needs to be more reliable. I also find it a little boring that although the drop.come keyboard is cool (hotswappable) I wish you guys would come out with one without the, "floating" keys? Not sure if that's the right term, I'd like to see hot swappable and inlaid keys on your next board. In general, I'd like to see more. I like checking daily to see what's new. I think the new layout feels a little "big".

Questions were ignored. The few answers that trickled back were out of context and irrelevant to the subject matter. No investigative action was taken despite numerous requests and screenshots indicating an obvious problem. Canned responses of "oh yes, we're all terribly concerned about your issue but if you give it another 6 weeks it should resolve itself so contact us then".

Got a refund pretty easily but the waits and prices aren't that great
