Was told that part or my shipment was lost in transit, while I have my doubts they even shipped the package to begin with support was quick to reply and offer a refund/replacement. Never a bad experience with products offered either.

Drop offers unique MT3 keycaps that no where else offers. I bought the MT3 Elvish LOTR keycaps for my ortholinear keeb and it looked awesome. Easy to order and even cancel within 2 hrs if you changed your mind. Shipping however with DHL took a bit longer to arrive in Canada. Other than that, the arrived package was good with not dents on the box. Keycaps were of good quality and smooth. Pricing might be a little on the pricey end but better to wait for BOGO event. For sure the MT3 keycaps are a head turner in the office.

Edit 8/24/22 I read more reviews and I also work for a shipping company. I get that there are issues sometimes with shipping, but DROP customer service is horrible. They respond as if they intend to help, but do actually nothing. Then when a bad review comes up on this website, there's some ready to give more lip service! Like the guy who responded to this review. I had to go to my credit card company to reverse the charges, but I shouldn't have had to do that if they had competent Customer Service reps. Holy Crap! I wish I knew about this website. DROP has terrible customer service. I was double charged on an order I placed, and gave them my credit card statement showing I was double charged. Their response was to double check with the marketing team????? Not the accounting department ???? They said kept telling me your account only shows one order. Like no duh! it's one order, the problem is that I was charged twice for that one order. There was virtually no help at all, and im never getting back my money. Don't expect help from customer service. Good luck if you're ordering from this company.

Zero confidence I will get the order, I can't even log into the site

I have bought and returned several items from Drop. Depending on how much you spend, delivery may be free, and free delivery usually gets you a free return. My last interaction was a request for technical support because after initially being functional, the remote that came with the DAC I had just purchased didn't seem to work. Drop got back to me within 2 business days and offered a replacement. I had to confess that the apparent malfunction was actually operator error. The Drop representative was pleased to hear that everything was copacetic and let me know that she had noticed my pending return, had processed it through and it was only a matter of having my credit card company post the refund. I am a dedicated shopper and, consequently, an absolute cheapskate. I consult Drop daily in my search for deals. I have purchased headphones, electronics and EDC from Drop, all without complaint. As always, caveat emptor, but I say yea for Drop.

i ordered the "IDOBAO ID80 CRYSTAL GASKET KEYBOARD KIT" in their product description of this product clearly states that the whole kit comes with hot swapable switches, keycaps and a wrist rest. After i got the order and opened it i saw that there where no switches or keycaps included in the kit. I contacted their support and they said they would send the unit again after some back and forth. A couple of weeks go by i get the 2th order and again the same deal no keycaps or switches. i clearly stated in my first support mail to them that the switches and keycaps where missing form the order. till now i have gotten no further news so i payed quite a large amount of money for a plastic skeleton

The customer service is absolutely appaling. I don't understand why there are reviews stating their customer service is good! I ordered a pair of headphones and within hours of placing the order sent an email requesting to cancel the order. It clearly stated at the time of placing the order that dispatch is in 2 days time. After sending and completing multiple forms I received a standard email stating the order has already been shipped. Thereafter I must have sent multiple emails and completed multiple website forms but have not received any response to date. I have now refused delivery as the customer service is none existent, and just so you know I may have even considered contemplating to keep the headset if I had even received one decent response. I've already spoken to PayPal and they have advised to file a complaint case against this company. I just don't understand how a company can literally ignore your emails / website forms for a week!!!! I'll try to keep you all updated. Update in less than 1 hour of placing my review and bear in mind not a single reply received to any of my emails despite emailing to escalate to the complaints team!!! See below: It appears the communication with Drop.com is done via review Forums. They have completely missed the point and despite ignoring a series of emails there is no apology!. You have not refunded the total price of the order no given me the option to keep the product! And simply gone ahead with a refund via a review forum!!! while deducting almost £20. If I would have known this I would kept the headset. The service is appaling and I'm shocked communication is done via a review forums in less than 1 hour. As you have deducted the £20. I would prefer to keep the headset! Please contact the courier and I suggest asking them to deliver the headset! Failures to date: 1: Ignoring ALL subsequent emails and support requests (8+) despite their support auto reply stating a member of their team will respond. Please note I only received 1 standard response after I had sent my support request within hours of placing the order. Thereafter no replies whatsoever!!! 2. Dispatch date indicated on the website "2 calendar days but it actually got dispatched almost immediately" no effort made by drop.com from halting the parcel as it clearly stated DHL are awaiting the parcel for at least 24-48 hours from the time of placing the order. I also received a response from DHL to contact the merchant as they are able to contact the courier!!! 3. Responding to customer request via a review forum ONLY almost immediately! And ignoring ALL subsequent direct communication 4. Not advising via support request or emails that the shipping will be deducted and instead going ahead with a partial refund via a review forum! This is the first time I've ever experienced service like this as refunds are generally discussed between customers and merchants first via support requests not via review forums!!! 5. Total lack of customer service as it appears no remorse shown by Drop.com for ignoring support request and emails. And worse even actioning via review a forum rather than providing an option first 6. Receiving many company promotional newsletters within this period while my many support requests and emails being ignored ALSO as drop.com is affiliated with Sennheiser I guess most of us would immediately have confidence in this company when the matter of the fact is this company goes against all or most principles of what good customer service looks like. I hope Sennheiser read this as clearly drop.com are tarnishing a well known brands image!!!
