I made a purchase of GMK keycaps and ended up buying them a couple days later when they went on sale for cyber monday, which I totally forgot about. I intended on returning the original caps. Matthew from Drop reached out and canceled the second order, did all the calculations to give me a retroactive discount, and thus saved me the cost of shipping a set back. Super helpful customer service. I will continue to shop from here.

I've bought several products in the past, back when they were called mass drop, and didn't do so for a long time. Until I needed a new headset. The shipping company messed things up, but the customer support from drop came to the rescue, they immidiatly dispatched another unit! I'm from Europe, so there are always costs/taxes added when the product goes through customs, but the unique stuff they sell is worth every penny. I have never had an regret of a previous purchase. 5 years ago, I bought a NiZ tenkeyless "topre clone" and it's still working great as a silent mechanical (ish) keyboard over at the office.

Order placed on 10/19 for a product that is in stock at multiple stores. I receive order email says my order is processing. I checked back on 11/21 and the order still hasn't been shipped. It won't be shipped until 12/9. I needed the product weeks ago. I understand if the product was a pre-order that didnt exist, but I can order the product today on Amazon and get it tomorrow (and have done exactly this). OK fine, they've had my money for over a month but haven't shipped yet. Just email them to refund right? Nope! I emailed customer service asking to cancel the order and they refused and kept repeating the same thing.

Purchased two products from Drop.com and both were defective. Joseph, from their customer service, upon receiving both products back to the drop.com warehouse refunded my total purchase price but I was shorted $55. I have provided full documentation to drop that highlights how much I was to be refunded with full accounting of the actual amounts and to be applied back to my credit card but they continue to engage in bad faith efforts and refuse to assist. The amounts to be refunded were confirmed in writing by Joseph from Drop and the refund method (back to credit card) was also called out by Joseph in his final summary email to me. As a result I am forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I have all documented and will just remove myself from the stressful interaction with Drop and let my credit card company handle the obvious error on drop.com's part. My advice is to STAY AWAY. Not worth the stress and there are too many other online retailers that actually want to service the customers who shop with their virtual stores. Not the case with Drop.com. Update: Clueless Drop.com responded below. They are wrong and I just received a email from their customer support "Joseph," who readily admitted they made a mistake. So once again all items were returned and you have continued to hold $55 of money that I paid hostage, not rewards money, my money. Joseph claims he has issued the remaining $55 credit to my credit card but we will wait and see. DON'T BUY FROM DROP.COM, they have no CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! Please see the email response from Drop just to further illustrate that Drop is clueless. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. This took me dozens of emails and days to potentially resolve. I state potentially because the credit has yet to show on my credit card as committed to in the reply email. But clearly the person who replied to my review didn't research the case and submitted a canned reply that was wrong. From Drop representative "Joseph." I ordered the DROP GMK SPARTA CUSTOM KEYCAP SET in August of 2022. At that time, the shipment of the product had been delayed multiple times. The new estimated shipment date was for mid November of 2022 which included a buffer to ensure there were no further delays. A few days ago, I requested a refund primarily due to the seller or anyone affiliated with the product not providing an update. I contacted Drop Community Support, provided my feedback, and requested a return. Matthew responded shortly after and issued a refund. The email wasn't personalized but that's not what I expect from customer support. I expect and appreciate when customer support provides prompt feedback, consideration of the situation, and a fair solution. That is what makes for a 5 star experience. I'm sure there will be an update in some time. However, I no longer wish to provide an interest free loan for a product with no update on when the product will be delivered.

No hassle return policy and even sent a replacement when the package got lost.

My issue was small but Matthew was quick to find a solution for me. My experiences with my orders from Drop have been very positive. The quality is good for the items I have ordered and I rarely have any issues. Support is quick to look into and follow up no matter how small my issue is which is a sign of good customer service.

I needed to cancel an order that was already put through to their distribution department and they helped me, no questions asked.
