I ordered an item and before it shipped, its price was reduced. A representative from Drop helped refund the difference and answer all the questions I had with my order. Very fast customer service.

Very fast and good customer service. I had a problem with the return of a keyboard almost 1 year ago, and at the time i didn't felt like asking for a return cause if some problems but even after 1 year i got promised to receive my refund within the next couple of days. Thanks to damian

Order is lost in some warehouse, customer service has cookie cutter answers and no resolution has been made. Christmas was ruined for my order recipients. I will never use Drop again.

Ordered a keyboard 28/11/2022. Delivery was a debacle and not the fault of Drop but long story short, item was returned to sender. Drop was completely not helpful and though I was happy to go with the same keyboard but different colour or wait for the item to be restocked, Drop straight up cancelled my order and I lost the sale price which I had waited till Christmas for.

Jerold, we apologize about your experience. When an item is returned to sender, not all items return back into available inventory. In cases where we can't ship a replacement, we offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

First time customer. Like many other recent reviews, I placed an order with an estimated shipping date about 1 week later. About 10 days after I placed my order, they announced a "warehouse outage" and pushed shipping dates out a month. Meanwhile I was and still am getting multiple marketing emails a day pushing products that can't be shipped until who knows when.

Shipping issues as with so many people.My personal order was paid in full on the 6th November 2022 . Shipment date was due 21st December 2022. It is now 10th January 2023, my shipping date is still at 21st December 2022, I have had no input from Drop regarding my order, just a system outage issue according to them..... I regard this as one of my worst overseas experiences of all time.!!!!

Ordered a keyboard Dec 20th with a notice of shipping out next day. Never got tracking number and 18 days later after multiple complaints to customer service no resolution. Understand they have logistical issues and changed vendors, but all they send is form emails with no new information other than another vendor will fulfill. Also mass has a 2.5 rating on trustpilot and it looks like they reconstituted a certified site to get a better rating.
