I bought it mostly because of dry winter hair. After a few weeks my hair feels smoother and easier to manage.
Response from DrivseJul 2, 2026
Hi Piper, using it to help with dry winter hair and then feeling your hair smoother and easier to manage after a few weeks is exactly the result we aim for. A quick tip: swap the filter when the water starts to feel a bit harder again—that’s the clearest sign it’s time. Enjoy every shower!

I love the shower head, however when I tried to order more filters for it you sent those little faucet filters. Please send me the shower head filters only. You also sent me 3 more shower heads that I have no use for. I need a shipping label so I can return the 3 shower heads and get the charges taken off my credit card.
Response from DrivseJul 1, 2026
Hi Deborah, I’m sorry to hear that instead of receiving the correct shower head filters, you were sent faucet filters and additional shower heads you didn’t need. I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with unwanted items and extra charges on your card. To make sure this is resolved quickly, please send your order details to [email protected] with the subject line “Trustpilot – Wrong Items and Return Request.” I will escalate your case immediately, and you’ll receive a clear response within 24 hours along with a shipping label for the return. Your comments have already been forwarded internally, as improving fulfillment accuracy and preventing subscription errors is a priority for me.

The shower works great but the faucets will not fit
Response from DrivseJul 1, 2026

Nicely made shower head. However, I have the older model and it works just as well (no 300% increase in pressure). I was a bit disappointed, as I have low water pressure on a regular basis (most of the time, my RO system won't work). Too much hyperbole.

Hi Pete, I truly appreciate you sharing your experience. I understand how disappointing it must be to expect stainless steel and end up with plastic, especially when the housing cracked during a filter change. I want to help resolve this quickly — please send your order details to [email protected] with the subject line “Trustpilot – Material Concern.” I will make sure your case is escalated, and within 24 hours you’ll receive guidance on a replacement or refund. I’ve also passed along your feedback to the product team, since durability and material clarity are areas I am committed to improving.

The pressure was definitely what they said but the biggest problem is they cracked just by screwing the hose together after changing the filter. They show in the add stainless steel shower head but you get a cheap plastic that leaks and can’t be fixed.

The first showerhead only lasted 4 months before the plastic on the handle sprung leaks that sprayed outside the shower. So I replaced because we need the pressure it produces for us. It happens again I won't but another one.
