I received the shower head it has no hose that goes with it it cost $40 and then they charge you another $40 for one little tiny shower head filter that is only supposed to last a month it's made of cheap plastic and it has no real pressure to it

Well I wasn’t expecting to have to buy filters after buying the shower head. All ended up costing more than I had expected. However I really hope that I’ll love it and notice a difference. So hoping I’m gonna really love it.

I would give them a -10 stars if possible. This company is one to stay away from. They are not reputable when it comes to refunds, The filters they charged for 2=$ 59.00 which they precheck when you order the showerhead. Then you fight to cancel that subscription. The filters come from China, and you need to pay the shipping to return then plus a restocking fee. I do not recommend this company or their products as we have replaced 2 of the showerheads just after the warranty expired.

I bought this product last year. It broke today and the customer service team were WONDERFUL! They weren't able to send me a replacement but they did give me a percentage off. I also made a mistake on my order and they fixed it right away. They didn't complete my order until I verified everything . I'm a happy customer for life!!
