Great product, great customer service, great experience all round. Im considering the IonDrop shower heads as emergency water filter for drinking if the world gets any tougher. Thanks!

Hi DALE, I’m glad to hear the shower head and service gave you such a positive experience. It’s impressive that the difference in water quality stood out so much that you’d even consider it for emergency use. Thank you for recommending it — knowing it exceeded expectations in both performance and support is exactly the kind of feedback that matters most.

Very happy with the product. Super easy to install (although my plumber did it for me 😉 and now wants one for himself). Exactly as advertised. And the customer service, if necessary, is fast, friendly, helpful and efficient! 👍👍

Hi Carolyn, using it to help with dry winter hair and then feeling your hair smoother and easier to manage after a few weeks is exactly the result we aim for. A quick tip: swap the filter when the water starts to feel a bit harder again—that’s the clearest sign it’s time. Enjoy every shower

Nice pressure, just wish cost was lower and it includes more filters cuz that made a huge difference once we changed it! Now we want one for our camper and 2nd bathroom. Not sure when we purchased but it has been several months, at least 6 months.
Response from DrivseJul 3, 2026
Hi Duane, I’m glad you’re enjoying the water pressure and noticing the difference after changing the filter. Since you’ve had it for about six months, I recommend swapping filters regularly — that’s what keeps the skin and hair benefits strong.

Product was not what was advertised. Expected latest model got something else. Horrible water pressure. Old shower was better.
