I've been using the product a short time and hope it will improve our skin and hair issues. Buying online is easy. Watch out for the auto-subscription for filters. If you wish to cancel the auto-subscribe and you can't do so in your cart, contact Drivse and they will cancel it for you.

Bad customer service
Title: From a $39 Ad to a $150 Charge
Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering a purchase from Drivse to read customer reviews carefully before placing an order.
I saw an advertisement on my phone promoting shower heads for only $39. The ad made them look like an excellent value, so I entered my credit card information to place an order.
Before completing the purchase, I scrolled down and realized the $39 price was only for the shower head. The hose, mounting bracket, and filters all cost extra. As soon as I realized that, I immediately tried to cancel the order by emailing the company.
The company replied that it was "too late" because my order had already been processed. I found that difficult to believe since I had attempted to cancel almost immediately.
Instead of the $39 purchase I expected, my credit card was charged more than $150. The order included three shower heads, even though I had only been interested in the advertised offer. Despite several emails, customer service refused to cancel the order.
About 12 days later, the package arrived. The shower heads were packed in thin, inexpensive boxes inside a flimsy shipping package. I have not tested them because I did not purchase the hose needed to connect them, so I cannot comment on the quality of the product itself.
The company later offered to refund only $23.52 if I kept the three shower heads. I declined the offer and requested a full refund. I never received another response.
I want to be fair. This review is not about the quality of the shower heads because I have not used them. It is about my experience with the ordering process and customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Drivse.

Poor quality and don’t stand behind the product
Purchased a Drivse showerhead. It worked great no issues with the pressure or the way it’s supposed to operate. But after eight months of replacing the filter every month the housing cracked. The response from support was we can’t help you. We will give you a 20% discount on a new one, yet online I can get a 50% discount. I assume every 8 months I will have to buy a new one. That’s terrible customer service and very poor quality.

strong but not harsh
The spray feels strong but not aggressive which I really appreciate. My old one felt like needles hitting my shoulders honestly. This one spreads the water better so it just feels smoother on the skin. Showering is way more comfortable now.
