Filter shower head arrived Box was crushed to the point I won’t trust it would even work. Tried emailing support & nobody has reached out.

Cheap plastic item! Charge a SMALL FORTUNE for this flimsy plastic piece of Chinese junk! Requested information on how to return for a refund; NO RESPONSE AVOID THIS “SWITCH AND BAIT” item!!! Nothing but headaches!!! I had a PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER INSTALL THIS INFERIORLY MADE PLASTIC PRODUCT. I showed the plumber the product you displayed online - and he laughed!! This product does NOT PERFORM as advertised! It appears they have a METAL shower device for the video - not a flimsy PLASTIC ONE that was delivered to me. It did NOT perform as shown in the video showing the “fantastic” power of the shower head. The plumber looked at how it was made, how it performed, and replaced it with a metal shower head that has a warranty. Again, what they present in the video does NOT show in the product which I received! I was disappointed with the inferior way it made; the poor performance and in the inability to return this inferior product. Extremely disappointed!

What a ripoff! I ordered two shower heads and was supposed to get two free filters with them. They took so long, I had to order others off of Amazon, which arrived the next day. When the Drivse order arrived 3 weeks later, there were no extra filters and these things are cheap plastic. The ones I bought from Amazon are the Cobbe brand of which I highly recommend. And they are less expensive than these pieces of &@!*. Now I’m trying to return them and this company is giving me the runaround. Good thing I used PayPal to pay for this order. They will get my money back.

I thought I was making an ideal decision purchasing shower heads for me and my family, however, it is incredibly difficult to install, requiring additional items in order for shower heads to be installed. When I tried to discuss my issues with Drivse, they fobbed me off with the offer of 60% Discount for another purchase, trying to Scam more money out of me. Extremely Disappointed!!! In August, I have been asked to provide more details regarding my Extreme Disappointment, with advice if I haven't responded within 2 days my Review will be deleted 🙃 I guess they don't like Disappointment to be expressed. After All the Expenses and difficulty installing, the Shower head is reasonable, however, not worth the expense or bother.

Scammers! Product is cheap and they wouldn't refund the full amount. They sent an email saying they would do 50% and when I said fine just process it they refunded 20%. Total scam and a waste

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered this product straight from the manufacturer and waited weeks with no word and no product . Finally, I received an email saying that they didn’t have my address so I had to go pick it up at the Post office. I went there and they said they sent it back. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn’t give me a refund or send me a new one and that there was nothing they could do. This company will Never get my business again. Buyer; beware.

This company is a scam. They never sent me my item. They asked me to review an item that I never received. It's theft to take payment and provide nothing. Update: they did provide a refund under pressure.
