My shower is now amazing thanks to Diverse . Being able to adjust the pressure speed is very important to teachers like me. No problems at all with shipment or the item itself. I am very happy with this shower head so that I ordered another for back up when I move .

I would give it a 0 if possible. I should know better than to buy something off of an instagram ad. Absolute garbage. I bought 2 shower heads with extra filters. About 10 min after I placed the order I read a bunch of terrible reviews so I wrote to customer service to try to cancel my order. Their confirmation email said that they would respond within in 24 hrs. They finally wrote back many days later saying that it was now too late to cancel the order. Whose fault was that? B.S. Then, as reviewed the units showed up and they were cheap flimsy plastic. I wrote again asking for a return. My return was denied even though they have a 30 day money back guarantee? Terrible company. I decided to try to use it since I was stuck paying for it anyway. It worked well for a couple weeks and then the hose sprung a leak. I had purchased 2 units so I replaced the hose with the one from the other unused unit. The handle then sprung a leak. I replaced the handle with the other handle. Then that one also cracked and started spraying water everywhere. The company eventually refunded me 30% of the purchase price after another long delay in answer. Trash product, trash company, trash support.

I am giving a 2 rating, but only because I did actually receive the shower head and I do really like it. The problem is I purchased the additional holder package and the holder does not fit the shower head. They have not responded to numerous contact forms and/or emails I have sent. I see a review mentioned they called, I am going to find that number some how, some way...Wish me luck! UPDATE 4/18: I received a response to my support ticket. I had the "cord" attached backwards and it now fits in my holder. I couldn't be more happy. They mentioned they have had internal issues with responding to tickets. I now give my review 4 stars. It really is a great shower head! I love it to wash my dog and the feel on my skin is powerful but doesn't feel too much.

Terrible. I never received my product and support does not reply to my emails.
