Be aware.. I bought the shower head and they added the hose and filters and charged me another $39 on top of the $39 for the head. Check ur order Thoroughly before u pay. Waiting v on response in email.

I had order 3 shower heads the shipment was incomplete I've got one hose it should have 3 hose one for each shower head can you please finish the order and send me the other hoses how can I give a gift to my son and my daughter

Horrible customer service and shipping. I’m still waiting on my order to ship to me that I placed almost a month ago now, I was told there were a high surge in orders so mine apparently got put on the back burner and forgot about, then they said they would expedite my order or I could cancel which I told them go ahead with the expedite only to find out today two weeks later the have still yet to ship me my order!

This has been the worst experience I've dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I just ordered one thing and they added stuff to the bill and screwed me on my checking account. They won't get back to me. So everyone run

Propeller housing split the second time I used it. Have been in a game of email tennis with the company for over 12 months. Excuses, can't find the order, Can't find the original complainant, can you send us a photo (this was asked months after the fact) All this and still getting spammed with adds .

I'm sorry to say, "Drivse shower head products"are a rip off. I used there product for a month and the main part of the filtering system cracked leaving me with a piece of junk. I did email them but the would not refund or replace the produced. I should have did my homework and researched it before purchasing. Differently, a design flaw with the plastic.

This is a great shower head.

The product was what they claimed, they stayed in continuous contact, received tracking number right away, product arrived before date given.
