Drives.com is a scam website. I never received anything from them for my $268 and no help with my order. No human being was I able to contact, no phone number, address to contact them....

I bought 3 shower heads. The first one exploded in day 2. The second one has a pressure spraying leak wetting the whole bathroom took about 2 months. The third shower head has started leaking. Don't waste your money. They want videos to see when it wets the hole bathroom.

I received 6 shower heads when I only wanted 3. The boxes were damaged. Not great sices 2 where going to me Christmas gifts. These shower heads are made of cheap plastic. A couple of drops on the side of my tub and they will need to be replaced. Would never buy them again !!!!

reading these reviews has helped me decide not to purchase one of these, even thought I desperately need to improve the condition of my skin and scalp, they certainly have gone to a lot of trouble to fool a lot of people.

Company lies on their website. Says product is not available on Amazon, but it is **for $13 less than the company itself is charging.** I would never buy anything from a company which deliberately lies in its marketing practices.

Took it out the package and saw the most cheaply made product. Read reviews on Amazon & people are nit pleased. Contacted company about 60 days ago and they want to give a partial refund, then no refund and now send it to Portugal and a refund will be issued. Wonder how much that will cost. Worse experience ever. I didn't even attempt to install I have a tile shower and I was concerned about the head cracking if it knocked against the walls. Why is the fan wheel just floating in the back. If you don't have water pressure what good will that do.

It is a cheap piece of plastic! How do I returned it for a refund

Ordered an Ion drops shower head ,UNBELIEVABLY GREAT SHOWER ....However AFTER i paid for it i was directed to another page to order replacement filters (about $25 a year )and a proprietary plumbing fitting and hose for $50 !,none of this is presented until AFTER you pay for the shower head the hose can be had on ebay for $6.00 the fitting is kind of nessecary as the shower head will only work on a severe tilt on a standard shower fitting ,$45 for the fitting is a total rip off ,a standard fitting is about $12 anywhere ,the unit will work with a standard fitting but you have to turn it on and off while holding it and then place it in the fitting due to the poor fit and centrifugal force of the water ............but it is a nice shower head
