Tried to cancel it right after I purchased it they said it could not be cancel because it had already shipped. Four days later I got an email that it had shipped but no tracking number this is the worst company I have ever done business with don't make the same mistake that I did they are the worst oh by the way I still haven't received it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I purchased it about a week ago, and a few days later, I received a notification that it had been delivered to my mailbox, but nothing was there. This is a SCAM, and other reviews say that the tracking won't be helpful either. Don't waste your time or money on this!!!

These shower heads are made of cheap plastic and require an additional adapter to install. The company refuses to accept returns or offer refunds unless the items were damaged in shipping.They claim that Health laws prevent them from accepting returns. I returned them anyway and cancelled my subscription. They continue to send me replacement filters, charging me about $75.00. Again, they refuse shipping cancellations or returns and refunds! I, again contacted customer support and demanded they cancel my subscription. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

I wish I could upload pictures to show the difference. I hv super hard water and I think this helps some but in ads, it shows powerful pressure of water but it depends on your pressure settings at your home, not from shower head. Filter did turn brown but with the hard water, I thought it would be darker. Anyway, I just changed filter and btw, I bought 3 shower heads, refill filters which I recommend buying refills same time you order the shower head.

We’ve had a lot of showers, but this one is the best, we put our almost 7 foot hose on it, that’s stainless steel wrapped, because ours came with plastic hose, we prefer the wrapped, we got the extra holder, for having it low down so hands-free shampoo, it is amazing we wouldn’t trade it for nothing ♥️♥️♥️

I tried to cancel this order 15 hours after I ordered it and they refused. When I received it I sent it back according to their instructions and 10 weeks later have not received a refund. Its a scam.

I bought this showerhead and the pressure is so strong. It pushes the washer out of the neck of the showerhead and the washer will not stay in water is leaking from the neck of the showerhead and it doesn’t work very well and it doesn’t help my skin and it doesn’t help my hair. Just showerhead is terrible.
