I ordered a drivse shower head on 3/31/25. I changed my mind right after the purchase on 3/31/25. Drivse responded back to me on 4/1/25 to reconsider. I stated No on 4/3/25 to state that I Want My Money back. On 4/4/25 drivse stated that they had processed a full return for me and to reconsider them for the future. Since then, they have continued to try to take the money out of my account. Now I received an email that the shipment is on the way. What a scam. I am disputing it through my bank and drivse office. I sent a desist letter for further trying to get money for something that I canceled.

What A SCAM DAMN I FELL FOR IT !!! Can’t change the filters They can’t supply the ones that fit correctly!! So BAD !!! Update - I have been advised to adjust the filters/cutting to fit, so I did this, took a few minutes, of course. The whole time thinking I paid how much for this shower head. Don’t get me wrong it’s a decent shower head. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars maybe 3 1/2. 🤷‍♀️ When I order the filters originally I looked at any choices they had for the size of the filter. Best I could tell the ones I ordered should have fit 🤷‍♀️

Company a complete rip-off and scam. Wanted to return due to instructions not matching what I received. Did not even install because of their insane Return policy. Showed shipping from a California address, but refund said I had to send to Portugal ! ! That was going to cost me $312.00 ! ! ! Policy also said I could accept a 15% return on my purchase price. BFD ! ! Return postage cost over two times what I paid for this piece of crap ! ! !

First of all, they overcharge for their items. You can get the same items on various. Websites for under 20$. If you try to return it. They have a foreign address, and the shipping fees are as much as the product

Very disappointed! When you read the intro on this product, it says you can return for full refund. What they don't tell you until you try to return, is that you must pay for tracking and if you don't pay for tracking and mail it back, they will Not refund money. The problem with this is the fact that the tracking will cost me $59.29, that is more then what the shower head is worth or what I paid. I believe they know how expensive it is to track the package and know people won't pay more money then what it was purchased for. Because they are very clear without tracking you get nothing. So I say buyer beware and don't buy this product!

I purchased a Drive shower head system. After a month, l received the shower head (only) and no hose and no mount. I hooked up shower head to my existing system and it leaks tremendously. DO NOT BUY THIS! I can’t get ahold of customer service and the Better Business Bureau stated that the company didn't exist in the US. Please take my advice and DO NOT BUY THIS!

We loved the shower head until it came time to change the filter. We absolutely can not find a filter that is the right size.

Just like others have said, I can't believe how cheaply made this item is. Thin cheap plastic. I'm very disappointed and I feel ripped off. The shower head I had before was much better. I saw the picture of a powerful water stream and fell for the okie doke. I guess a sucker is born every day and today it was me! The fact that I spent additional money on extra filters makes it even more painful. Save you money. My warning to you.
