If I could do zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE! This is a company in PORTUGAL NOT THE USA as stated. Returns are very cost prohibitive!! Also customer service will keep adding requirements for “successful” return: pictures & videos. How ridiculous! DO NOT BUY unless you’re willing to spend $70+ USD to send it back, though if you actually try it out you can’t return it!!

I made the mistake of believing their advertising hype and ordered a shower head. I should have known something was off when the order would not complete without adding a hose adapter to go with it. I also should have checked what their guarantee read, and the return policy. This company is based in Portugal - not the USA and obviously doesn’t operate within standard business practices. They don’t want anything back after you order it whether you’re happy with the results or not. They’re really chipper in their messages but what’s the point? It’s a nonstarter company that just needs to fail after it’s unsuspecting customers find out that none of it’s true and they don’t really support their product. They’re simply little money grubbers looking for a quick payday. Sooner gone and forgotten. Don’t fall for their BS

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISHONEST, SHADY PEOPLE OR YOU WILL BE PAYING AN ADDITIONAL $120 USD than you thought! Read on... The shower head order comes with a deluge of unwarranted additional charges that do not appear until you have already purchased just the shower head. No going back now! If you do go ahead with ordering the shower head, for what seems a fair price ($49.38), be prepared to have to buy the attachment (another $37.08) that is not included. Then you need to buy the hose (another $39.99), also not included. And then you will automatically be enrolled in a repeat filter subscription that must be in the fine print somewhere. I did not see that and was charged yet another 39.99 USD which I tried to cancel within minutes of the charge and they were not able to reverse charges saying it had already been processed. Then there's shipping and nearly a month before you'll see anything in your mailbox. Even though all the items come in one tiny plastic bag with no cushioning, these are all treated as separate orders on your charge card, so you will have to pay the international fees for all four orders, too. Save yourself all of this headache and STAY AWAY from Drivse or you will be out $168.82 for what you originally thought was a $49.38 charge in total. That's $119.44 USD more than I expected to pay! And the product isn't that great either!

It's a nice shower head. I like the handy water flow stop button. I also like that it has 3 water flow settings. I have glass shower doors and they are no longer streaked when I squeegee them. My hair seems to rinse better. I wish it came with extra filters.

Due to a catastrophic life changing event I requested a refund and to return the shower heads and filters I ordered and never opened. Due to the product being manufactured OUTSIDE the USA I was offered only a 15% refund of $67.39 on an order over $400.00. Still waiting for the refund to be processed. Also there is not a way to manage your subscriptions on their website. I would instead look at Eskiin which truly a US company with the product manufactured here in the USA.

Drivse asked me for a review and they haven't delivered my order yet!! It was ordered a month ago, and a few updates saying my order is on the way, to be delivered in 10 to 15 days. 20 days later, no showerheads!

I need to returned your product please send me a returned label , what I received is just the shower head no hose or fitting to install the shower head

I ordered one showerhead for $39.99. and they had a deal on the three filters for $12.95 I used PayPal! Once the transaction was finished, they send you an email saying that everything‘s all set. They’re getting ready to ship it. When I looked at the invoice from Paypal, they had charged me for three showers for $74! And had me buy the sixth shower filters for $77! Of course it was just before New Year’s so nobody was in at their office. They do have a phone number, but they say the people won’t be in during the holiday.! I did contact via email! They made a some sort of ticket out of it! The guy said oh we can give you a refund on two of the showerhead! As well as the refund on the three filter filters for $39? What does he think? I’m stupid! I said I want the $77 you charged me for the six filters that I never asked for. As well as as they can give me the refund for two of the showerheads.! I think I’m gonna get screwed around! I’m gonna try that phone number to see if I can get somebody on that! But I’m having a feeling from what I’m hearing here it’s a scam! So I guess I gotta fight with Paypal to get my money back!
