This company emphasizes in its promotion that "if you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED you have a money back guarantee." Then once yuu buy their product, their return policy states "if you are not satisfied, they will only send you replacement product. They also indicate by buying the product you are automatically enrolled for replacement filters to be sent regularly (no indication of the cost). I am so grateful that I dodged this bullet, and I am returning the products that I never even opened back to Portugal! So grateful for my credit cards protection to keep from being charged in the future!

Absolutely love my new shower head I even used on my dogs and their hair is amazing after only one bath. My skin feels so much better. Love it!!!

The chrome finish looked way more expensive than it cost and that surprised me. Fits the bathroom perfectly. But honestly the biggest win is the water feeling so clean. Its like a softer balanced spray.

You charged me 7 times more than advertised and never gave me a chance to review the total cost. This is fraud. I would not purchase from this manufacturer again. buyer beware!

Their customer support felt unhelpful and scripted, and it seemed like every reply was designed to prevent me from getting a proper resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when ordering from this company. The checkout process felt misleading, and the after-sales support was frustrating and exhausting.

This sprayer tore near the sprayer and it flooded our bathroom. I had water warming for showering and had stepped out for 2 secs. This is a scam and a horrible company. My husband had to cancel his card and call bank putting you in for fraud because you stold payments for what?? Don't shop here!!!!

Awful company! Total scam, paid with PayPal and now they keep charging me for 2 more! It doesn’t work either! Run! It should be no stars!
