I ordered 3 shower heads and 12 replacement filters from DRIVSE and paid in full November 2025. I did not sign up for refills or repeat orders, but this company, DRIVSE, charged my credit card again on January 5, 2026, for 3 more shower head products that I did not order. That does not make any sense. I cannot recommend a company that randomly charges a customer's account for unnecessary products and without expressed authorization from that customer. DRIVSE also pulled this recharge caper on my neighbor as well so something is not legit with their business practices. If you use them, you may eventually get your products, but you may also want to freeze or block your credit or debit card immediately afterwards to prevent future unauthorized charges that you will not find out about until it is too late. I have written the company regarding this matter, but it has been my experience they are in no hurry to take care of customer complaints. Update to DRIVSE complaint: I received notice that they claimed I opted for future orders and I asked for evidence as I know I did not opt for that feature; especially at the over-priced rate, and the CSR at DRIVSE refused to provide any evidence. Then they said they would ship the products I did not order, but as of this writing, they have not been delivered. In my opinion, this company clearly is a rip off. Go to Amazon because at least you'll have recourse from scam orders like this one. No matter what answer DRIVSE would submit, there was no evidence to corroborate their story. As of 01/12/26, no products were shipped to me and no refund of extorted credit card funds. I had to cancel the credit card they extorted.

I needed it in my shower but it won't fit as a shower head. we installed it and it sprays on the wall. So pretty useless. It is only good on a handheld shower so that doesn't help.

i was going to order this and changed my mind. then went back and erased everything on the form. It STILL WENT THROUGH!! charged me $74.97, which i thought was odd because i only had down ONE showerhead. Then I started reading the reviews. wow, I'm never going to be able to cancel this item! I will have to take this to my bank.

BUYER BEWARE This company doesn’t deal with returns and doesn’t cooperate nor assist when the order is missing parts. I Did not receive hoses nor filters for the shower heads. When contacting the company through email support at drivse.com which is the only way to contact them… They stated they shipped everything and to read the return policy: at drivse.com /pages/ refunds Basically, they don’t have a return policy. When reviewing the product information before buying, on the advertisement it does state that they honor returns. However, their actual refund page is a whole different matter. If you’re expecting to get what you think you bought, think again. It’s false advertisement and there really isn’t a money back guarantee. They hook you and then they don’t deliver and their customer service is a joke. There really is no customer service. You’ll get automated emails saying that they received your email and then they come back saying look at this link. The return policy basically states that they are not responsible for missing parts or stolen goods. So what they’ve done is covered themselves to not be accountable. If you purchase this and you don’t get what you ordered, you’re out of luck and out of money. Forgot to mention, they did multiple charges that were unauthorized and stole $329.40. If you are looking for a good shower filter, Natural Grocers sells one by a reputable company and they honor returns. so long as you keep the receipt. Or, you can always check Home Depot. :)

***DO NOT BUY FROM DEIVSE*** I wish I could give this place zero stars. Ordered it, found it for a cheaper on amazon and within an hour went back to cancel my initial order through Drivse. There is no option to cancel, just to send an email requesting cancellation. I do so and don’t hear anything for a couple days… then, 6 days later I get a shipping notification and an email saying the order had already been processed and they can’t cancel it. Long story short, when I insisted on returning the product and getting a full refund, they replied with the address for the return and it’s in Portugal…. Which was $650 to send it to. So I’m screwed and stuck with it.

I like the product. However 2 of the 3 shower heads I received are defective. I’ve sent 3 messages requesting replacement and have not received any reply.

Do not buy. They will try charging you every month for a 1 time purchase. they doubled charged me. tried doing it a third time. I caught it and called my bank to put a stop on it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYI ordered the three iondrops showerheads for $24.95 each for a total of $74.97, with free shipping. Then, another page comes up and says I need to buy three sets of hardware to go with the showerheads for them to work, and each one cost over $37. I did not want to pay that much so I decided to take the loss of the shower heads. The charge on my card was $105. They added over $30 to the charge for some unknown reason. I couldn't find any way to contact them. They stated their Trustpilot rating is 4.5. Try doing a Google search on their website. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!
