This shower head was easy to install. After 1 month I changed the filter and was amazed how much the filter worked! The filter was brown in color! I ordered extra filter so I have enough for a year, but then I received more filters. I didn’t realize it was on auto shipping. Canceling it was easy, so thank you for that.

Given your ads showing the incredible water pressure increase and the resulting spray, which was the only reason I bought this item, I was a little disappointed. It was good but I was expecting more. Too soon to see if I experience positive changes to my skin or hair. I was also expecting the hardware to change to handheld showerhead from wall mount to be included for the $59.00 price. Again, the reason I thought that was due to some of your ads that pictured the hardware included.

Deceptive marketing Dark pattern commerce 1000 plus 5 star rating on trust pilot is load of lies too.

I never received my order

How do you expect people to know if they like it without trying it? I’ll let the internet know that unless they want to throw away their money with you, DO NOT ORDER IT! We don’t like it due to the power! It’s simple. You must need the money more than I do. But, I’ll warn others for sure.

Low and behold, the company tried to charge my card $39.99 for a subscription that I did nit ask for. Luckily my bank denied the charge. Unfortunately, i will have to close that account and open another.

This company fraudulently entered me into a subscription that I didn’t authorize. I canceled my order yet they continue to ship. I’ve received acknowledgment that I canceled yet they continue to process shipment, provide zero resolution. Do Not Buy anything from these scammers
