My review is . . . I never received the shower head. There was a mixup on the delivery address. You charged my credit very quickly, I want the shower head or delete the credit card charge.

1 STAR RATING IS WAY TOO HIGH FOR THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! I ordered the shower and then after it went through realized that in the hefty price the shower head ONLY! Did not include the hose or attachment pieces. The filters were also NOT included. I ordered the remaining items as there was a NO CANCELATION of an order! I should have known that was suspicious but still trusted. After getting all the items, I found YET ANOTHER charge. It was for another filter that I had not subscribed! In fact I never responded to Subscription email Request! You had to click YES and I DEFINITELY DID NOT! So I email Customer Service immediately to cancel the order as I did NOT authorize the Subscription. Paul, supposed Customer Support Representative told me he "could not stop the order as it's had already been processed. Just return it when received and it will be fully refunded". I received it from MIssissauga Ontario. Here's the Thing, it has to be returned to Portugal NOT Mississauga. Mailing it back costs as much as the overpriced FILTER!!!

Buyer beware I was on the website and when I saw they require you to buy the filters for this thing which can become very expensive. I backed out of the purchase only to receive a showerhead about two weeks later had no idea what I was opening, but there it was and I was like why did I get this? I backed out of this before I hit Pay? I contacted discover Card and asked them if there was a charge for it and they said yes and I explained the situation to them and said that’s weird. How would they get the payment info if I did not follow through with the payment and I backed out they said they did not know but I need to contact the company and Discover gave me their number to contact them, but something tells me that I’m probably not gonna be able to talk to a soul. Fingers crossed. I just received a notification from Discover asking me if this was a charge that I made for $39.99? I didn’t even know what the website was so I looked it up and saw the shower head and wrote back to Discover immediately absolutely not this is not my charge decline it. It’s fraudulent. I didn’t even follow through with payment and they’re just charging my card every couple of weeks not a company I wanna do business with. I’m not up for trick-or-treat shopping cause that’s what you’re doing. You’re sending us stuff we don’t want and you’re tricking us into the crap very bad business practices not a company I trust or want to do business with matter of fact you’re getting your shower head back not interested didn’t even take it out of the box. I don’t do business with companies that slither like snakes. If y’all keep doing people like this because if you read your reviews, they’re not good so you keep doing this to people I’ll be shocked if you’re still in business in another three months and I’m gonna notify the Better Business Bureau in Rancho Cucamonga, California and whoever else I can contact I honestly feel scammed. I did not complete the order and somehow or another you got the information and you completed it for me unbelievable so if anybody wants my opinion, obviously you already see it don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money. It’s ridiculous. Y’all should be ashamed doing business this way. I’m getting ready to call the number. I may be adding to this review in a few minutes. Well, not a shocker the number that Discover gave me because of course there’s like no contact information to these jerks and the number doesn’t go through the number they put on the account with Discover was 918–8 71–5041 and how ironic the postal sticker that they put on the package covered up my reference number and any return information no receipt in the box nothing so guess what I’m now calling Discover to dispute the original charge for the shower head. This company sucks. Don’t do business with them cause now I’m gonna spend half my day trying to get these charges off of my credit card that’s exactly why I use my credit card for companies like this. It’s easier to dispute it than my debit card. So I see it now this company owes me money for my time that I have to spend doing this and I promise you I’m way more expensive per hour than your damn shower head!!!!!!!!

Website is deceiving. You don't find out that the hose and mounting bracket do not come with it until after it's ordered and then you can't cancel the order. Signed me up for filter refills that I did not order. Shower head is made of very thin and cheap plastic. I ended up putting it in the guest shower because I didn't like the constant mist, that can't be turned off.

I like that it is a strong spray and I'm anxious to see how it stops impurities and helps my hair and skin. I don't like that it doesn't angle towards your body at all. Also, the only time I will be able to use it is either if I want to hold it rather than have it spray on me independently - I like to have that choice. And also the only time I'll be able to use it is if I want to wash my hair. If I want to just take a quick shower and wash my body it doesn't angle towards my body at all, it only angles down onto your head, and I didn't realize this. It's pretty inconvenient. When I do wash my hair I will see how healthy my hair begins to be. I only wash my hair once or twice a week.

I placed an order in error two hours later I canceled the order in 3 different places to make sure that the order was not processed. I was told that my order already left the warehouse and it was too late. After a month I received the shower head and I am still trying to return it in the package. I reported the fraud to the bank they why didn’t I communicate the problem with the company. I have texts that I have sent to the company twice so tomorrow it’s the banks problem

The shower head is great but it's an adjustment adapting to the hand held shower in a small shower stall.

Okay! I did leave a note to your Office & you said we will respond to you ASAP! Well .. it has bin Little more than a week & I'm disappointed, because all I want is to know how can I get a set of filters for the shower Head & I will keep on giving low rate & tell my friends about your service! I will leave it @ that..
