When I repeatedly request information on how to return the product and get my money back, I get no response. Not only was the chaining of one piece after another confusing and frustrating, but the head is plastic. Certainly not worth what I paid for the setup I was planning to use in our showers. How do I return for a full refund!

I bought 2, one for me and one for my wife. First off my water pressure decreased so I unhooked mine immediately. My wife hasn’t noticed any difference. So all in all a waste of money for me. Not to mention the filter prices are ridiculous.

I only received the heads no connections to hook them up. When I was ordering it didn't show that everything was not together. Now I have to buy the rest of the equipment separately. I would like to return the heads and get my money back please.
