Watching your videos on U-Tube it shows a hose and holder but have not received anything like that very misleading.

This shower head has been a game changer. The hair just got cleaner and smoother. There are 3 showering levels of water going over you. We have one favorite but they are all excellent.

It seems I should have done my homework with this products, they didn't fit my showers and faucets. Customer service wanted me to mail the product back but it was out of the country.(Italy) It is not worth it!!!

I ordered my shower heads over a month ago it is very frustrating that I have not gotten my order I should be a priority considering how long ago I ordered it. I have spoken with them and they just keep telling me that they are looking into it. Take this into consideration when thinking of ordering.

Don't ever buy anything from this Company Drivse.com online, they will send you the filters every month without your authorization. Also if you want to return the products to them, they say you have to send the products somewhere in Portugal and the shipping cost will cost you an arm and a leg and you will never know it has arrived or not. This a scam Company too bad the FCC cannot do anything on their practice.

I ordered 2 shower heads. After about 2 weeks they arrived. They looked cheap -plastic shower heads. About 2 weeks later I was billed for 2 filters (cost was about the same as the original shower heads)-Company works a scam. If I want a credit or reinbursement I need to send back--however the cost to send back (to Portugal) is more than the products cost me. What a joke!
