I was trying to buy an item but received a message not enough funds. I contacted my credit card company and learned they had put a decline on my card. I ok'd the original purchase but when I went back in to complete the purchase the item quantity had changed and the per each price had increased also. I told my credit card company to decline all purchases as I no longer wanted to buy from this company. They agreed and the charges were reversed. Then when I woke up this morning the charge had reappeared with an even larger balance. I will not buy from this company.

I tried purchasing this item but my card was denied cuz I don't have enough money on it cuz I thought it was one price and then they tried charging me for another price now the next day after I have not tried doing it again they're still trying to take money off my card even though I have NOT authorized them too. What the hell is wrong with this company. Woke up today 01/12/26 and they are still trying to use my credit card even tho I have NOT given authorization for them too. What kind of company keeps trying to charge your card? I am really upset!! It's so bad I had to order a new card, and file it under fraud!!!

The water seems to be much smoother, and the mist makes it feel like a spa. I can only recommend it.

I ordered this offline and just got the shower he’d with no hose and no clip so now if I want to use have to go buy all the other stuff. Would like to return for money back.

Sad to say, this was a bad experience. I ordered 1 shower head PERIOD. I got 3 shower heads and 3 extra filters that I didn’t order. The product might be ok but the business practices are underhanded. They showed me a fake order and said I would have to pay for return shipping. I asked what I needed to do to return the extra product and never heard back from them. I’m sad that people are so dishonest.
