The showerhead and the system are good, it works great. However, the washers / gaskets are not doing their job properly: showerhead is leaking. Also the black switch / waterstop is made from plastic, which is a bit vulnerable. Slight improvements in the design / execution could help a lot. Make it a bit more robust.

Cheap! Plastic/Metal material. Threads strip easily on change out, I bought two. Water leaks around on-off buttons, pressure is fair. Drivse will make you think you want more filters when you never ordered any. I opt out but they claim I wanted more based on my usage. Billed me $59.99 I never authorized! WHAT USAGE? They don't know my water usage! Most webwide reviews are bad. Says, mixed reviews to poor online. There are hundreds of these similar products at your local stores. I've stopped buying sight unseen.Don't BUY THIS! Waste of money difficult to get refund if lucky!

This will be far the worse customer service experience I have had. Purchased around early December and have not received the shipment. When I asked , I was instructed multiple times to locate them myself in our huge complex. I was told to call the shipper myself only to be directed to an AI agent. Today I still do not have resolution to my missing shipment. Do yourselves a favor DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will regret it.

I received the wrong product. I asked for a refund. You offered me a partial refund, but this product has no value to me. I want a full refund. I have only a showerhead with no hose and no possible way to use it without the rest of the package — which was described in the ad I responded to and in the package I received. 😡 I am reporting you to my bank as a scam.

The body of the showerhead had a hairline crack where it leaked. I had to tape it up to stop the leak spray.

I thought what I was buying was a great deal, so I bought 2. Then you are taken to the next page that says....wait there's more. Yes now u need to BUY the cartridges to filter the water....but wait there's more....yes YOU also need to buy the connector for the shower head. I stopped there, and tried to go back to cancel this NOT SO Great deal that was now well over $300. Nope You can't go back and cancel! Now I'm trying to return items, and I need to pay for the shipping cost back. Buyer Beware!! Hope you are able to read this before you get caught!

We received ours today. I tried it out ,works great . It would be nice to have a more powerful jet stream to rinse down tub and mat. Skin feels cleaner, hair is softer, just feel better and cleaner.

I really like this shower head. It feels great. You do not smell any chlorine from the water. It feels great.
